I would seriously recommend reading all the fine print and taking their "amazing" VCIO services with a grain of salt. Shame on me for spending $10000 for the consultation and discovery portion and then thinking that they would actually take the information that they gathered and then use it to help recommend good platforms that could be implemented within my organization.

They pretty much just provide routine maintenance for computer updates and security software which you could get for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. I would certainly NEVER consider them a "strategic business advisor". You are essentially selling your soul for 5 years when you contract with them. The sales pitch that you would be paying more to hire a full time IT person is a joke considering when you hire them you essentially have to put a full-time person on your internal team to manage them.

And then when there are issues, their response time is far longer than it would take to have resolved the problem internally, if they can resolve the issue at all. As a business owner of almost 20 years, it is likely one of the worst decisions that I have ever made.

I would never sign another contract with Impact. The machine we leased was very low quality. They sent service technicians but they were never able to fix the issue in 5 years. We ended up using our cheap Brother printers because it's better than what Impact leased us. They were fine during our lease but once we sent our LOI not to renew they have been unresponsive helping us get this machine returned, which is just bad business. Update: They responded to my review but I still never heard from anyone at Impact. I don't recommend this company.

Switched to Impact from a smaller IT firm to handle all our internal IT needs. We really liked the idea and scope of the vCIO position to help us out since we have no internal IT people in our company. 11 months later and I'm still waiting for it to happen. We had to call their team to the carpet twice now on projects/tasks not getting completed.

I pushed to drop them as a service however they are holding on to the contract even though we've expressed the desire to part ways. Service levels overall are slow and cumbersome. The Help Desk, when stumped on an issue, quite often fail to escalate the issue for help. If you are looking for an IT group think twice and understand the full intent and obligation of the contract.

Excellent place and staff. Was in and out in less than 30 min with full load. They don't beat up your trailer going in and out either. Definitely recommend and look forward to delivering here again.

I rarely leave reviews for anything, let alone a "design agency." To be honest, I don't know much about what they're supposed to do, but I know plenty about their methods for trying to bring in new business. What they do is show up at your office unannounced as though they've already scheduled a meeting with you. Gaslighting is never a good first impression.

After it happened twice, I had to involve building security. I'm not sure how many times they were turned away downstairs, but the stock characters who kept showing up were clearly camping out until our front desk person left his post. When we reopened after the quarantine ended, a colleague and I discussed that "well, at least Impact can't get in now!" since the elevators are in service by swipe card only.

But I was wrong - they can still call out of the blue, asking for details about your contracts with other vendors (nope!) Do better. Right now you're the physical embodiment of robocalls and spam email.

Printers are EXTREMELY overpriced, outdated, slow junk. We've had to use our old printers just to get by ever since we mistakenly signed a contract. Salesmen and "technicians" blame our network but its amazing how our old $200.00 printers work just fine and all of their equipment doesnt. If your lucky enough to have read this before signing anything, congrats!.and DONT DO IT!

BEWARE! Impact Networking should be rated a minus 5 stars. The sales people and the management, including the managing partners, are unethical. Stay away! Just a terrible company to do business with!

They will rip you off with out going over the details. They will increase your rates without telling you. Very Sneaky business and unethical. They give the worst advice and bleed you dry.

Contracts are misleading and very difficult to exit even at completion. This company is like a disease.

The sales people for this company are unethical and borderline frightening. An employee with the initials ZH keeps sneaking into our office building and harassing our tenants. He even interrupted a therapist who was in session with a patient. Can you imagine? We have told him to stay out. He will not. BEWARE of this company.

These people keep showing up at our office and will not take NO for an answer. I just walked into our lobby to find two sales reps camping out, making themselves at home, waiting for someone to pitch. I told them to leave. This has happened before, too. I would never consider dealing with a company that uses marketing techniques like these.

The company I work for has been ordering paper from them since 2012. They have always been great with customer service. Getting our paper here at a good rate and fast.

Stay away! This company doesn't care about its customers and will nickel and dime you to inflate your bill, including things that are listed as included for free. They inflate the price of their products, and service is slow and delayed. DO NOT USE!

I have been working with Impact Networking for two months now and they have been have been great. Their team has been very responsive and on top the project from day one. The Creative Services Group team is constantly coming up with new ideas and their design and implementation has significantly increased our customer interaction through both are social media outlets and standard online marketing. In fact, we are actually meeting later this week to discuss the expansion of our original monthly program to a weekly program for the rest of the year.

I have had the pleasure of working with Impact since October 2010. My office leased a Kyocera from Melissa Smith and have received nothing but excelled service since. I had to call Impact's tech service several weeks ago and was amazed that a tech was on site early the next day, the part was ordered and installed within 2 days. Melissa has always been extremely helpful with directing me where to order toner to submitting our monthly printing numbers.

Several other offices in the building also work with her and have no bad words to offer. If Melissa stops in your office it would be to your benefit to give her a few minutes of your time!

If Yelp would have allowed me to give no stars, I would have. By far the worst company for any office needs/services I've ever had to deal with. Our sales rep's name was Melissa. She was rude and generally unhelpful. It would take her days to get back to us, then act annoyed that we needed something in the first place. The techs are even worse.

I had the same experience as the person that wrote the other review. They came in smelling like smoke, they were late, had bad attitudes, worked slow. The first was Brian. He couldn't fix what needed to be fixed, said he would come back later and never did. Then called in sick the next day, so his manager Mike came, and he was worse. He spent the majority of the 3 hours (at $120/hr) he was here lounging in my chair at my computer on the phone with the manufacturer.

Long story short, after about 5 days of not getting back to me, he tried to say something that cost $2000 was broken. In the meantime, I had a second company, Imagetec, come out and take a look at it, and fixed the problem free of charge. GO WITH IMAGETEC OR REGAL! BETTER PRICES, BETTER SERVICE!

Recently had a multifunction device installed at our office. The person who came to do the install and networking of the device left the job unfinished - printer not networked, drivers not installed, no test printing, scan to email not configured. I followed up on the tech's cell phone 20 minutes after he left the office. The tech was slow to return my call and then was generally not helpful to resolve our issues.

Later I called Impact's office and they were to follow up with the tech. Almost 24 hours later I am still waiting on a followup. This is not the type of service I would expect from a professional corporation.
