Had a bad experience with this company. I placed orders for uniforms around mid Aug and my order didn't ship until the tail end of August which was only done because I had placed a call at this point in time, to cancel the shipment. I didn't need them anymore due to withdrawal. Someone called me back and left voicemail stating that they went ahead and proceeded with the shipment instead of cancelling as I had requested.
This is shady and sheisty business if you ask me. I will make sure that I take my business elsewhere in the future. I end up receiving the packages 2 days after someone called me back which is all it should have taken to begin with. I immediately returned the items. I had to pay shipping costs both times. They could have simply cancelled the shipment when I called, I called a day or 2 prior to receiving a call back saying that they were shipped. I don't like nor appreciate sinister things like this. I was highly inconvenienced.

I ordered shirts on October 30, 2019, and I still have not received them. I sent an email that was never responded to. I finally ended up speaking to someone last week who said they would get them shipped ASAP and was giving a tracking number. Based on the tracking number it says the package was delivered on November 27th; however, I still don't have the shirts.
I called them multiple times and finally someone answered the phone but they couldn't give me any information. She wasn't even able to confirm the address where they supposedly mailed the package. She said they would look into it and call me back but I won't hold my breathe on that. At this point I feel like I am just out of money. Either way if I ever get my shirts I will never order from them again. This has been a complete nightmare!
