I always was coming here to print few labels and ordered some other things too. Was always pleased with service here. This time I came it was a different guy. And he literally told me to take this kind of business elsewhere, like ups, cs they don't make money of me and didn't take money from me this time. I can't believe how rude it is and humiliating! I was so upset I cried. I've never been so offended in my life! Never coming back here

Keli, Don, and the team at Hoover printing really helped me out of a jam! Had waited way too long to get my holiday cards printed and they were able to do a same-day printing and didn't charge me an arm and a leg!

They are pretty responsive. Their prices are a bit high but certainly not the worst. However my main beef with them is after spending over $1000 in services including labor for design time they then refused to give me the design file and instead held it hostage to try to force me to place more orders with them. To this day they still have not given me my file.

Don has been helping us with our business cards and magnet advertising. Hoover printing is quick, reliable, and the products are very professional and great quality. We have recommended others to them and will continue to use them for our business needs.

Great quality prints buy waaaaaaaaay too overpriced. They wanted to charge me almost $200 to print addresses on my invite envelopes - there were only 15 envelopes! They said it was due to "labor costs." That's just completely absurd. I've never printed on envelopes at home but I learned to do so the same day and with absolute ease. Definitely saved me some money.

I decided to have them print my photos and invites because I was really pressed for time. I ended up paying over $300 to print 36 grad photos and 36 small invites (6 invites could fit on one piece of paper so 6 sheets total). The prints came out great but you can honestly get the same quality and services at any print shop.

Great company to work with, they did a same day project for me that was a life saver. I'm so appreciative of their great customer service. Thank you so much.

Everyone at Hoover Printing was very professional and very helpful with getting my printing needs done! Long story short, I needed to get wedding programs printed out very quickly (within a span of several days). I checked out several places and my gut went with Hoover Printing because of the reviews on Yelp and based on my experience talking with them briefly about my needs and that their turn-around time would be within 48 hours.

Their staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs and I felt no pressure from buying from them. In addition, they ensured that I understood everything about the printing process, answered all my questions very appropriately and professionally, and I sensed no hint of rudeness or sarcasm at all. I received my prints within 24 hours and they were beautifully printed out exactly as I had envisioned them!

In addition, they had a proof done before they printed it out to make sure it was printed out to my specifications. They also did their best to work within my budget. Thanks Hoover Printing for being lifesavers!

I LOVE HOOVER PRINTING! For the last 14years I've been working with Don creating our Christmas card. I come up with a rough draft & he makes it fabulous. HP is cost effective, the quality is great and the staff is wonderful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about Hoover Printing.

I enquired about printing my business cards and I needed guidance as for which paper, size, etc. Rod and his crew were super helpful and professional. Rod had great suggestions and even tweaked the design for me to make it look better. The cards came out fantastic and they were ready in less than 24 hours. I have gotten several manuscripts and booklets printed here and have always been pleased with the quality of the printing and the fine service. Charlie and Ron are always great to work with and go out of their way to meet your needs in a timely manner. They do the best job for the most economical price. I recommend these guys.

I went there to print my business cards. I needed them done asap but they surprised me with designing and printing all same day. Their prices were reasonable as well. I will be going back to get more printing products from them

Rod was extremely helpful in assisting me with my wedding invitations. Having designed the invitations myself, I was just looking for a a quality printer with competitive prices. Hoover Printing checked all of those boxes and more. Rod was extremely responsive, and had the expertise and knowledge necessary to help me select the appropriate papers for my needs.

Once I sent him the final designs, he had a proof ready the next day, followed by the final prints 1 day later. I'm so excited to share my invitations with my family and friends.

Hoover Printing was awesome! I bought a custom wedding invitation and sent the digital file to them and they had a proof ready by the following morning. Once approved, our order was ready for pick up the next day. Great for us since we are having a short engagement, and no time for lengthy turnaround times. Rod was especially helpful when I was trying to decide on what paper to use for our particular style.

He was very knowledgable and made great suggestions about paper choices. My fiance and I are very pleased with our invitations. I will definitely be using Hoover again for future printing needs---they were also super friendly and in a great location. :D

Our company has a high demand for a variety of work order forms, inspections sheets and business cards and Hoover always takes care of our needs. We highly recommend their services!

I recently moved to Costa Mesa from Hollywood where I do alot of writing and preproduction remotely for films. I called to get a quote on an easy 60 page script print out, black and white, single sided. Boom. $55. +20 if I wanted it hole punched. what?! It would be $10 at kinkos! How does that even make sense?! You can't call yourself a print shop if you don't cater to all prints.

Bad service, Bad Pricing, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how ridiculous that is. For that amount, I could buy a cheap little printer to print out 500 pages or more.
