Using the latest textile printing technology, we reproduce our customer's exclusive designs onto fabric for a variety of industries; apparel, hospitality, camouflage, and other specialty markets. We can print directly onto fabric with pigment dyes, or sublimation print using traditional rotary screens or digital technology onto many different substrates.
Services
Digital printing offers high quality and endless possibilities. Suitable not only for traditional color separations, our computer-driven inkjet printers can also be used to print non-separated color images onto heat transfer paper for transfer onto fabrics up to 126 wide. Our high-resolution images produce bright colors superior to many other printing technologies.
The final step is to transfer the pattern from paper to fabric. Hampton's extensive experience in heat transfer printing ensures a quality product. We have developed far-reaching versatility through many years of sublimation printing on fabric. We can transfer fabric widths up to 126 wide on a variety of synthetic and synthetic/natural blended wovens, knits, or nonwovens.
Heat transfer fabrics start with heat transfer paper. Hampton utilizes rotary screen printing presses capable of printing up to sixteen colors per pattern. Our state-of-the-art color technology provides consistent and reliable color reproduction. Our Art & Design Department can enhance the development of your patterns from the original artwork by guiding you through the process of screen engraving, color selection, and assistance in choosing substrates.Upon customer request, we welcome stylists to our facility for onsite development.
Art files can be sent to use using a variety of methods. Below are several different preferred file transfer sites with detailed file specifications. Acceptable raster files include Indexed tiffs (see description above), Grayscale tiffs (see description above) or Other tiffs (Image mode may be RGB, Lab, CMYK).
