The best customer service, quality, and experience I have ever received from a print shop! The employees were all professional and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. I went in to print a calendar that I had designed, but had a very specific way of making it. I don't often write reviews on my experiences with restaurants, companies etc. however, I felt very compelled to express my gratitude and recognize the wonderful experience I had with Great Western Printing. Due to a short notice tasker I was assigned with, I had to scramble to find a way to get the project complete in a quick yet quality manner. I called over to Great Western Printing, hoping that they could help me out while still remaining within a reasonable budget.

I was greeted by Mark and he immediately made me feel comfortable about my decision to call. He was very friendly and obviously cared about me without having ever met me before. I explained to Mark my situation and he was extremely accommodating. Mark constantly updated me on the progress and had the entire project done extremely fast despite the fact that I didn't have the proper tools to help him out.

He contacted me when he was done and he and his wife were very helpful in completing the final touches. On top of all this, the pricing was much cheaper than anything else I look around for (to include self help at FedEx) yet the quality is superb. My experience here was fantastic and I know for sure where I will come back or recommend others if they are in need of help in the same manner.
