Graphic Connection did a fantastic job on some custom, color mousepads for our company. Daniel was a pleasure to work with front start to finish. The ordering process was simple, our art proof arrived on time and best of all, the price was within budget. Highly recommend to anyone in New Mexico needing customer printed solutions!

The worst company ever I order 12 t-shirt last month on the Sept 25th, 2017 and asked Daniel who help me out if they can be ready by Octorber 5th, 2017and he said yes. Gave him the info on what we want and the design and colors and he said okay just send me where you did your design online and I did. He email me two days later but I diid not look at my emails often so when I did see my email on the Octobet 2nd 2017 and replied right away and email him back and call him and he said we have to change the colors on the girls and I said okay will the 12 shirt be ready on October the 5th 2017 and he said yes. Called on the 5th around 3ish pm since I haven't heard from him all day and he said let me check and he said will not be ready until tomorrow morning and he will call me.

He didn't call me I called at 12pm to check and he said not ready yet. Let me check and I will call you back and never called me back so I showed up to the business at 3:20pm since I haven't heard from Daniel. Got there and he said let go check in the back and they said they are not getting them done on time. Try to tell them how important the t-shirts where and how family and kids and babies where going to wear the t-shirt for support of friend, husband, dad's, boyfriends, girlfriends and parents.

I know I have to tell them Sorry no t-shirt. It sucks that I have to explain to everyone that they are not getrimg there t-shirt on the day and only day that they where going to wear it. The event is tomorrow October 7th at 7am so its a one day thing. It sucks how Unprofessional this company Graphic Connections in New Mexico is, I would not recommend it to anyone if you do not want to have your t-shirts done on time DON'T GO TO THIS COMPANY, if you want to have your t-shirts on time go to a different company that doesn't lie to you when things need to be done on time when you ask in advance.

I was Overwhelmed, Freaking out, Stressed out, Shock, Unhappy, Mad, Disappointed. They just lie lie lie. The hardest thing is explaining to there love once and my teammates that we don't have the T-shirts for the competition.

I recently purchased items from the Graphic Connection booth at the State Baseball Championships. I was accidentally charged twice for the same transaction. When I called their office to have them refund me the money, I was told someone would look into it and get back to me. I am currently on the fourth day of waiting for a resolution and every time I call their office to follow up I have to speak with the same person who's customer service skills are mediocre at best and nothing has been done with my situation.

As a kid in Albuquerque, my friends and I won tickets to a recent Lobo game. We were told to go to graphic connection today. They were closed and unable to receive our winning tickets.
