Roll stock goes to 3530, which is behind 3510. Pass the main bldg. Go over tracks & make an immediate left. You'll see the docks in front of you as you get to the back area. Stay to the left on this driveway and you will have just enough room to swing around to a good setup to back into door 1. I came at 7am and there were a few cars to maneuver around. But it was totally doable.

As a truck driver, if you see a small lot, you immediately think "hazard trap", and then you add parked cars and have to evaluate your career choice. (Joking, but it's a thought I've had.) The people are nice, the lot isn't truck friendly, and there is only one working dock.

Friendly team, good knowledge of printing. They have Mail Anywhere service in place, therefore Full Service and Seamless.

I really dislike this place it is ran like a sweatshop yes it's a job is a morning shift and weekends off however you are working in extreme weather conditions and you are standing on your feet the whole entire shift except for your 30 minute lunch break that you get in your 15 minute break and it goes so fast that it doesn't feel like you're getting those minutes in its entirety the job is simple as far as stuffing envelopes but your feet hurt so bad when you leave there and you have to go get a foot rub and if you weren't here through a temp agency they are not paying you nothing

As far as quality was concerned, it was at the top of their priorities. They do some beautiful work. As far as an employer, I wouldn't wish the bindery on my worst enemy. No climate controls. No AC in the summer which resulted in sweltering temperatures in a fast paced environment. Employees were not allowed to get water or go to the bathroom unless it was break time.

The roof leaks whenever it rained. Water would leak all over some of the equipment that runs on 220 voltage. I myself had seen several temporary employees nearly pass out from the heat and dehydration. Scheduled time off could be cancelled at a moments notice. The main bindery supervisor, Dennis Olson, has no qualms about cussing employees out at the top of his lungs on the shop floor.

I have heard him use sexist/mysoginistic language towards the female employees. He's not afraid to threaten employees either. I made a written complaint to HR about his behavior and nothing was done. If you wish to work for or do business with Geographics, just know what you're supporting and or getting yourself into.
