Allow us to re-introduce ourselves. Fricke-Parks Press is now also Fricke Parks Plus. Why the plus? The plus represents the other services we have added to help your message reach your audience. Of course we still print, but now we offer design services such as web site development, signage and graphic design. What hasn't changed is the FP family.

We are still employee owned, so the people who produce your job care about your job and want you to come back for more. At Fricke Parks Plus our family of printers has been serving your family of readers since 1972.
Services
The ink got in his blood, as printers say, and as Bob grew up he kept coming back to printing. After serving in the Marine Corps, Bob and his wife Rosalie moved to the San Francisco bay area with the hope of raising their family and starting a print shop. Printing was in its heyday and Bob worked double shifts, nights and weekends to build up the money he needed to buy into Carl Fricke's web press shop in 1972. When Carl retired in 1976, Bob bought him out, but kept his name on the shop in honor of the man.
We specialize in web printing. Printing from rolls of paper instead of sheets of paper gives us the advantage of speed; more "impressions" per hour than the fastest sheet fed press can produce. We can change the configuration of our web presses to give you a wide variety of page counts and folding options.
FP Press can print almost any size newspaper format from broadsheet to tabloid publications and also standard 8.5" x 11" formats that can be bound and trimmed into pamphlets and books. Each of our 30 units can print 16 pages at a time. We'll help you choose the right size and format for your publication; if you are uncertain, we'll price various sizes and page counts until you find the perfect fit to your needs. Our in-house bindery specializes in stitch and trim booklets, pamphlets, class schedules, brochures and similar bindery products.
First of all, it might be useful to understand that everybody at FP Press has one primary job; customer service. Another advantage of working hard together for years is that every department has cross-trained operators to perform most jobs around the plant. Procedures are well documented and the best way to do the many tasks necessary to efficiently produce your job have been honed and refined through our system of continual self-improvement. Every FP employee is encouraged to offer ideas that might improve our throughput.

I contacted them on their website to inquire about printing some pamphlets for a corporate event that I was hosting, and they never got back to me. After two days of waiting, I finally decide to contact them by phone. After hearing the RUDE man on the phone (his name was "John John"" I believe, lol), I was somewhat reluctant if I wanted to proceed with doing business with them, but hence not I decided to just go with it.

Out of the several paper manufacturing companies that I've worked with, this has to be the WORST one out of them all. They ended up deforming our designs and cutting off a WHOLE PAGE (literally the most important page that showed our itinerary of the event). I was pissed. I still am pissed. AND THEY STILL CHARGED FOR IT! I ended up going back to an old manufacturer that we've done previous business with and they've never failed to impress me. I guess that's what I get for trying to save money. HORRIBLE! Don't even try doing business here, you won't get very far.
