I ordered a pie for a friend after hearing her rave reviews about it. I never forget when someone tells me THE BEST PIE. The delivery service I had arranged to drop the pie off fell through and Ellyn immediately came to the rescue and *personally* delivered the order to my friend, saving the day. Incredible service - and I can only hope to try some of her treats myself next time I find myself in Richmond.

I purchased a cake for my fiance's birthday. WOW! So flavorful, moist, and delicious, plus the flavors are unique and not something you'll find every day! Easily one of the best cakes I have ever had, and my fiance (who notoriously doesn't like cake) still raves about it. If you're in the Richmond area, there is no one better for baked goods. Her salted caramel dark chocolate tart is the best thing I have ever eaten. Better than the French laundry. Don't tell them I said that. My husband confirmed he loved me more after I brought it home and when it was gone, I was laying in bed and he asked "you miss that pie, don't you?" Yes, yes I do miss that pie. Only buy if you can share with friends. It is rich. I'm sure the rest of her food is great too but I have no motivation to ever eat anything else again, so I wouldn't know.

I brought a Bunny Crack Carrot Cake to Thanksgiving and everyone commented that it was to beautiful to eat, but don't think that stopped them from trying this delicious cake! Pro tip: Great for breakfast with a cup of coffee the next day too.
