Super friendly and quick customer service. I requested something really out of the ordinary for a material and Dianne was so helpful in explaining the different options. They printed off multiple hard proofs for me and then completed the full order within just a few days and were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I will be using them for all future printing needs!

Always smells toxic when you are in there, and I have been in more than 3x's for jobs. My most recent experience was terrible. I needed proofs made up to test my files to make sure I wanted to print a large quantity of them. I said I just need to run some proofs however I see the $15 minimum, the lady agreed, 'oh some test prints sure no problem' was her essential response.
Through this exchange I left with the understanding that I would not be charged the $15 minimum for just testing my files on my own paper and seeing what worked. I did not think it would be free but not $15! I came back, ready to order more prints and was sadden to learn I not only would be charged the $15 but they had the audacity to say they lost money on my transaction. I left feeling slighted after I explained my confusion and was met only with opposition. I am saddened I will no longer be supporting this local business.
