Founded in Chicago in the mid 80's, Excel Screen Printing & Embroidery Inc. is a trusted and widely recognized decorator in the Chicagoland area. What started as a two person operation in the mid 80's in a small shop in the north side of Chicago, has now grown into a 50,000 sq. We have always concentrated our efforts on staying competitive while at the same time acquired industry standards in order to become more efficient and widen our decoration offerings to the Promotional Products Industry.The garment decoration industry keeps changing every day and we are focusing on following those trends.
Excel is capable of printing up to 12 spot colors on White or Light color garments and up to 10 colors on any colored garment where a white underbase is required. Although we have limitations on the number of spot colors that can be utilized, by use of halftones and printing techniques, we can reproduce gradients, fade-outs, over-prints and much more.
Traditional embroidery is what we produce the most and is is the simplest and most common embroidery decoration method. A combination of great digitizing and great machine operators make our traditional embroidery operation an extremely good choice for your top of the line garments decoration. We use a variety of top of the line thread brands.
We are delighted to introduce this type of transfer as we feel that is the best one we have offered so far. This type of transfers are good for one color, multicolor or full color. The biggest advantage is the fact that this type of transfer does not require a die-cut outline. Free floating text and graphics is the perfect way to decorate those small detailed pieces of art on any substrate.
