I bought a luxury house from EPG and the experience was not great. The quality of the workmanship is poor and although you pay a premium price the materials are cheap such as using nails instead of screws with the wood. The finish inside is also not high quality and i don't think there is ANY quality control. The landscaping and design is also not well thought out.
When trying to get someone to fix the problems it took 3 missed appointments before someone showed up to fix my door. Beware extras costs not discussed, read the small print, and once you sign with the Notar and pay, don't expect anything close to normal customer service. Premium price, Cheap cost cutting company!
