THESE FOLKS ARE MAGICIANS (and I appreciate them tremendously, will be going to them for future matters too!) I am located in LA, CA and found out we needed to deliver courtesy copies to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Nationwide said they were unavailable due to the protests going on at the moment. I was able to get in touch with the owner Michael Phelps, and he assured me that this print job and delivery would be handled efficiently and properly.

He was right! Wuba (thank you so much for facetiming with me!) had these documents printed and ready to go in less than 30 mins. She printed a cover sheet and had them wrapped and ready to go. She even facetimed me when the courier arrived! These folks are efficient and definitely have my trust. 15/10

Hands down the best print service I've ever experienced in over 20 years of working with print shops. I'm based in Atlanta and needed to find rush printing services for a conference that was happening in 24 hours in DC. I sent in my request, and Michael responded within 10 minutes. The other reviews don't lie. He was responsive throughout, and he even had the job delivered directly to the site without any trouble. I've shared their info with my colleagues and will definitely be working with them again.

I had a great experience using this service. Our meeting was held in the DC area and while we shipped all our meeting materials printed ahead of time, by the time we arrived much of the details on our agenda had changed. We felt it would be best to update the materials and Michael was able to get the updated file printed and delivered within a 2 hour turn around. I will definitely use in the future and will consider sending all materials to him to be printed for our meeting next year! Thank you!

Michael saved our lives! This was the only printing service we found that was opened after 10 pm. Amazing service! Michael replied my e-mail 5 minutes after sent, at 00:30! We were able to discuss the details and my last minute request was ready in the next morning! Wow the customer service here is top notch. I came into the store needing something to be printed and photo copied quickly and the owner didn't hesitate to jump up and help me as fast as possible. If you ever need any services for your passport like getting photo copies of your id this is right near the passport agency so it's very convenient. Thanks Michael for putting a smile on my face and providing service that I am not used to nowadays. Wish more people were like you!

I can't possibly speak highly enough of Michael and the service he provided to my group and I. I was tasked with a critical 4 page booklet print job Friday evening at 7 pm ish. Issue being, we needed the materials Saturday morning by 7:30 am at the latest. Thankfully a Google search lead me to Michael and Discovery DC. Michael was patient, professional, efficient and went above and beyond any service level I'm used to in this day and age.

Not only were the materials perfect, they were ready in time and delivered to our venue. Total life saver. Our group will be using Michael for all printing in future. Discovery DC is phenomenal!

I was in a serious bind: it was Saturday afternoon, and my usual printer-a major chain print service department-was not picking up, and I needed a rush order printed Sunday for a funeral Monday morning at 9 AM. The job was luxe: 200 copies, heavy (80# or 100#) weight paper, tabloid, full-color edge-to-edge, and saddle stitch staple binding along the center fold. Did I mention it was for a funeral?

Family tense and emotional and I'm trying to navigate Adobe InDesign! . However a Google search yielded eDiscovery Solutions. They were available 24 hrs. Worked weekends. Mike responded to my inquiry right away and said they'd be glad to help! Salvation! Said I'd get them the document by noon; however, at 10:30, I was still in the weeds. They gave me until 4 PM.

I emailed a test document at 4:30, then a revised one at 6 and then further corrections at 8:30. Even though I was tying up their Sunday, they worked with me. Mike Phelps was gracious, understanding, and kind. I cannot communicate how utterly grateful I am for his kindness in my bereavement. By 10:45 I had picked up the programs which were outstanding!

And they had used shrink wrap to protect the programs AND make them easier to transport. The programs were a huge success and made the difficult task of saying a final goodbye to a loved one a little bit easier. Mike was affable and committed. His team, dedicated and competent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They set the standard for good business.

I will use them for everything and tell all my friends and colleagues. They set a high standard! Even better-their quotes are competitive, and in my case fair, and still the best rate I've seen.

I had an unusual project. Michael called me within minutes of submitting a request through their website and worked through the details with me. I submitted the project and it was completed and ready for pickup within hours! Great quality - the booklets look amazing! The staff was great to work with. Unbelievably good service! Needed posters printed for a show super last minute and they not only managed to finish the job within an hour, but personally delivered them to the venue with time to spare. Couldn't recommend them more!

If you're looking for same-day printing, great quality, great prices, and all around AMAZING customer service, look no further. my other printer's machines had broken down and I needed to get 250 programs printed for my cousin's funeral the next day. I Googled "same day printers near me", eDiscovery was one of the options, I called & talked through the particulars with Michael. within 5 minutes I had a quote, within 30 minutes - a proof, and within 2-3 hours - I had all 250 programs boxed up and delivered to my car.

Highly recommend their service! I had an urgent job for a one page document printing, and they offered to help for free! I spoke to Mr. Phelps, who was very pleasant over the phone, and he immediately sent me the directions and instructions to send over the pdf. I was able to get my document printed just within minutes. He even laminated the document for protection. Businesses like theirs restore my faith in humanity. The entire team at eDiscovery is amazing. Last week, I went in with a complex, large copy and collating job. The typical printing shop would have told me to come back in several hours. Not eDiscovery. Sensing my tight schedule, they did my job immediately. I was in and out in record time. (Btw, i did not tell them i was in a hurry). They worked as a team, supporting each other.

When challenges arose, they didn't say "we can't do that." Instead, they found solutions. EDiscovery at 2001 Pennsylvania Ave., NW in Washington, DC produces a high quality product and is 100% customer focused. Note: they are in the basement of this office building with no street signage.

Being new in DC and in urgent need of a printout I googled this place and found a very kind woman Wuba who helped me with my documents. Kudos to the place and Wuba's kindness.

Should be highest on any list. Was having a terrible problem with many other companies scanning an old, larger portrait for an historical society exhibit. The portrait copy just had to show the finest of details on the scan and nobody - NOBODY - could do anything other than copy the portrait about the same as I did on my copier at home. SO discouraged that I contacted a photographer in Indiana who "spoke the language" and said I should go to this company. PERFECTION - Jo Ann spent ALOT of time working on the project until it was absolutely perfect, and always with a smile on her face. She just had to get it perfect, she kept saying, working on about 3-4 machines to get it right. I will be telling all that I know to use this company. THE BEST -

Wow. Michael with eDiscovery Solutions was awesome. I needed a large format poster printed by 7 am the next morning because the big corporate printing service I originally went with had multiple problems with the PDF file I sent. I just emailed eDiscovery Solutions the file and they printed it within two hours and even delivered it to my hotel. They were true lifesavers and the price was reasonable given the format and time table. Don't let the somewhat informal voicemail message you receive when you call them fool you. They are courteous, accommodating, reasonably priced, and professional. I would definitely use them again when I am in DC.

I will give them 10 stars for their excellent job, fast and wonderful service. Michael Phelps and team are very fast. We are super happy customer. We discussed what we need and they provided us with excellent result. They have incredible quality and services. Very recommend. I'm very glad that we found them. You guys are rock! The price was extremely reasonable and the turnaround faster than I could ever hope for, but in addition Michael drove from his home, to his office on a frigid Sunday afternoon to make this rush job happen. Like so many others, I was coming into town to host an event and needed printed materials. I scanned reviews, went to websites and reached out to a handful. Michael is seriously, THE MAN! If you need any printing services done, you gotta call this guy! I came from California to DC for a conference and had some flyers printed somewhere else and they did not look very good. I landed pretty late in the day and didn't know what to do. I looked online to find some printing shops and came across Mike. It says he's open 24/7 so I thought I would give him a shot.

I had an extremely last minute and bizarre project for work that I needed to have printed and completed same day. I thought I was SOL, after speaking with the 5th FedEx/Kinko's/Staples location in DC.as one after the other broke the bad news -- "not enough resources to complete". You see, not only was this a bizarre project (12 oddly shaped(all different sized) laminated foam poster boards).but it was also SUNDAY MORNING.

When I finally stumbled upon eDiscovery Solutions, I thought, this is it--this is my last hope. I reached out to Michael, who I believe is the owner, with my request -- noting the importance of a quick turnaround for this project. I crossed my fingers and within a FEW MINUTES, Michael had responded with "We can help" and help he did! We needed to confirm size with some of my items which was a pretty elaborate task so I let Michael know to do the best he could but that I was more concerned about efficiency and having the items the day of. Michael was incredibly responsive to my emails(as I'm sure I was a bit of a pesky nuisance) and was able to not only complete my project, but did so by completely exceeding my expectations -- every board was the perfect size and shape, he had extras in the box, and even hand delivered everything to where I work.

I discovered this gem of a print shop when I needed to quick print job (had to print two letters before work). The shop is pretty difficult to find - it's in the basement of the James Madison building. I went into the building and after wandering around a little bit, and then finally asked the guard where I could find eDiscovery. He called down to the shop and then allowed me access with the elevator to the ground floor.

It did not get easier from there since the doors all looked the same and I got lost very quickly. They know they are hard to find, so they do their best to help! They were SUPER nice and easy to work with. Excellent service, pricing, and speed. I would highly encourage them as a print shop and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

These people need to get real. You don't propagate websites saying you are open weekends, with the added note saying 24/7, and put up a standing sign outside on the corner telling people they are a few feet away, and then not be open. What's worse, there is no entry from the street and calling them from the bldg phone about it, I was told they are only 'on call' on weekends. What's worse is the fact that the address is 2001 Pennsylvania but it is on I Street. It's 100 degrees as I write this and let me say, they can guess again.

Recently I had to print out approximately one million pages for school. eDiscovery came to my rescue -- the ladies here are so friendly yet so efficient and dedicated to making your pages look perfect. Joanna showed me samples of the first few pages of what I was printing to make sure they were going in the right direction. They're also really great about double checking which files you need, number of copies, etc. They do all sorts of printing, imagery, specialty custom work and beyonddd. A gem tucked away in the James Madison building. They are the best!
