Called to inquire about a service(Large Format Scanning) and was met with someone who didn't understand the question, then someone who was rather short and hung up the phone. I'd hope I just caught them at a bad time, and that their normal service is more cordial.

We've used this company for 2 years to produce flyers, posters and playbills for our church's Easter Passion Play. They provide rapid and thorough quotes, pricing is very reasonable, and project turn-around time is very quick. All items were shipped to my home by UPS, packaged very well. The results have been perfect each time. Thank you!

This place has horrible service and is run by a mad man. They don't have a clue on customer service and quality.

I asked for assistance with creating a new catalog for my business and they were more than happy to provide me with some great options and samples. They provided me with several options including some full color choices, different binding options and a variety of sizes. They helped me out with my planning processes and it really paid off as I got to get my catalog under control.

I especially enjoyed how they showed me how well the glossy paper option looked; I like how it has a smooth and shiny look to it. I especially like how the service helped provide me with a clear and sensible estimate on my product without being over the top or complicated. I was very appreciative of how they helped me with every step of my project and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs help with finding the best product catalog printers. It's hard to find a good family-owned and operated business these days and I am glad I got in touch with this one.

Absolutely poor customer service and poor print quality. This is a small shop trying to act big. Called for a quote and got some mafia wannabe sales rep who kept on cutting me off as I tried to explain my request. It sounded like he was even frustrated with me, raising his voice and being very quick with me. When my client received their product it was terrible!

This print shop had cut it shorter than what my customer wanted, printing was poor quality. Paper felt cheap and I was charged more than what was originally quoted. I should have known better when I emailed my file and received the same file back as a proof to review. I don't think that's how it works. I've worked with enough print shops and I've never seen this happen where they just send you back what you send them.

Normally there's a process to be implemented, this company clearly does not have any process or just doesn't think customer's are smart enough to tell. Stay away! There are better and bigger printers that perform better! It's a shame I had to learn the hard way with this company.

I disagree, I have used Ed Bristol Advertising & Printing for years. The customer service I receive is excellent. If they didn't work with you on a problem I would be very surprised. Are you sure you were not part of the problem?

One of the WORST printers out there. Finding a good, reliable printer is gold---and this ain't it. Shitty work, worse customer service, would not fix a job they screwed up (a simple job, at that). Don't say you haven't been warned. there are plenty of other printers to try who will appreciate your business.
