Don't know why this one negative review, I called myself left a message and the call was returned in a few hours by Stan. The next morning I also got a call from him again to find out my business needs. We had a great conversation and he was unaware of any negative reviews. I was able to set up an appointment to visit the facility at my convenience, so I don't understand the one negative review, I I went with that I would have never known the truth. Now, I have not yet started printing but so far from this contact perspective I did not have a bad experience as one person said. The world is changing and if you have a leave a message do so, or call back or go somewhere else but I glad so far, I did not listen to the one bad review.

It's become apparent that DFW Printing Company doesn't want your business or your money since they can't even be bothered to answer the phone during business hours. I've called several times and left multiple messages that remain unreturned. Don't bother wasting your time with these people. You'll get nowhere fast.
