Extremely extremely rude employee trying to return a shirt. I was told over email that I can ship them or drop them off and the employee with Grey hair was extremely rude. Was extremely passive aggressive and thought I was lying the entire time. Never again

The entire process from start-to-finish with Design A Shirt was a 10/10 experience. We worked with Kaylee at the help desk and she was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and was patient with our back-and-forth on a bulk order. The design team created exactly what we wanted and did so with patience as well while we lined out exactly what we wanted our shirts to look like. We will absolutely be purchasing from Design A Shirt again!

These folks are fantastic! Their customer service is excellent and I found their products to be better than expected. I uploaded some artwork that I thought would be fine. They contacted me to say that they had concerns about the resolution and that they didn't think the product would be up to their standards. Well, I didn't have a higher resolution version. So, their art department recreated my logo.

They charged me NOTHING to do that. Not only did the products look great but they even sent me the upgraded artwork! That's going above and beyond the call. I'm now a loyal DesignAShirt customer.

Awesome customer service & tshirt was just as I wanted! The postal service lost my package and they reprinted and shipped another shirt at no cost to me and it wasn't even their fault. Super impressed. Also, I had the same design printed at a local tshirt shop and Design A Shirt provided much better quality and the design was much more prominent. I purchased last year and I'm about to purchase again now. Great company.

How do you run a successful small business? reach out to your customer once the transaction is complete and ask if they were happy with their purchase, with their experience, and if the answer is no, then fix it. that's exactly what the owner of design a shirt did after i responded to their satisfaction correspondence and outlined my disappointment with the items i received, he called me personally and assured me that design a shirt would make it right, posthaste. and true to his word the matter was taken care of quickly and professionally, leaving me not only thoroughly impressed but also a very satisfied customer who will certainly turn to design a shirt once i need to refill my tshirt stock. on a side note, i received two unsolicited private yelp messages from tshirt businesses asking me to give them a try based on my initial experience with design a shirt, and my yelp review about that experience. i own and operate my own business so i get wanting to corral new customers, but it just struck me as rather off-putting, and something i was surprised yelp would allow.

I wanted to find a local place to order a few team shirts for a company softball charity game and so glad I came across DesignaShirt. The process was great from beginning to end. The design software is simple to use and offers a great selection of colors, images and tees depending on your budget. Called with a quick question and the lady was super helpful so we finished the order online that day and they were delivered a day early! Quality is nice, service is exceptional. Will definitely use again!

The shirts, diesign and delivery were all good, but every shirt ran extremely tight. Order at least a size up.

Can't say enough good things about these guys! We used their website to design custom t-shirts for our softball team (different name and number for each player) three seasons ago and the shirts came out great. Their website was so easy to use. Their prices and shipping times are good and their customer service via email (Stephanie and Crystal) is great.

Their shipping is fast and their customer service is amazing. Through their customer service email we have placed two additional orders as new players join our team and they have made the reorder process so fast and easy. Both times the shirts were exactly like the originals.

Overpriced and unrealiable quality. I've talked to them several times over the phone to make sure the final product looked exactly as I had in mind by confirming the dimensions, but when I received the product. Nothing was correctly printed. Their customer service is poor in dealing with issues like this.

Their customer service is top notch! While I initially had an issue with the digitally printed color not matching what I saw in the proof, the print quality was still quite good for the price. Even their digital print was bright and saturated. I was helped by Samantha who was unbelievably patient and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I'd be satisfied with the end result. I've never come across a shirt printing company with such great customer service.

Still in a bit of shock actually. Tip: their design tool shows what color shirts they have in stock, but always check with a rep (via live chat) because there may be new colors available that just aren't up yet, and they'll be able to manually enter that info into the system. They have a good shirt selection and the interface for building the shirts is pretty good. However there is a critical problem with color representation. Several orders have shown up with significantly different color shades than the preview. Even worse the digital printing and screen printing show up differently. We ordered prototypes with digital printing because it was much cheaper for one shirt.

Later when the large expensive order was placed with screen printing, the colors were noticeably different. We spent almost a thousand dollars in shirts with colors different than expected. However, I can confidently recommend designashirt for shirts if color calibration isn't important. Just stick with black or white printing if you can.

I created a fantastic t-shirt for our family cruise! The on-line tools were very easy to use. The chat feature provided me with instant help to answer my questions, and to process my order. This company carried the largest shirts, up to 6X. My order arrived on time, complete, exactly as I envisioned! I highly recommend this company!

My previous poor review initiated a follow-up call to me from one of the Design-a-shirt operation managers and the miscommunication I experienced was explained. Minus this one issue they deserve a good review as they worked hard to help me with my design and delivered my t-shirts in a timely manner.

Even with a few last minute changes, my order was delivered a day before the promised date! The quality of the shirts is amazing and I couldn't ask for anything better. Their customer service communicated with me throughout the ordering, designing, and printing process and they were extremely clear and helpful. I've printed two shirts now with DAS and couldn't be happier with the results. The design/proof team took my flawed/mediocre first design and made it into something special. I printed on the DAS value T shit, which was a decent t shirt considering how low the price was for each shirt I printed. My next design was something special and I made 50 prints.

If you're reading this buy the American Apparel Fine T-shirt. It smashes the quality of the DAS t and I will not be printing on any other shirt moving forward. Customer service has been fantastic. Both Ernie and Jess were lifesavers for me. I had some issues with the color I choose for my proof (don't confirm your proof until you see the colors on your computer), so I called in and they were able to change the print color selected and still manage to get all the shirts printed that day.

Highly recommended and if you have questions they are great about emailing you back. Go with American Apparel Fine T if you plan on owning the shirt for an extended period of time.

I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure the shirt quality would last. After a few months I am happy to say all the shirts we ordered with the Kick Ass Cops design still look good as new. The order process was easy and the delivery was quick! Plus, the price can't be beat!

I needed my company logo embroidered on my uniforms (which are specially-made and have to be ordered directly from the manufacturer), and was curtly told they "are moving out of customer-supplied items". I then asked if they could please refer me to someone who would be able to help me and the lady smugly told me to "try a kiosk at a mall". I then said I was looking for a professional company who I could rely upon not only currently for my uniforms, but also for future work such as hats and polo shirts that I would order directly from the company doing the embroidery.

She then went to the back for a couple of minutes, I assume to speak with her boss, and when she came back, she told me to "go use Google". I guess that since they are a small company with a couple of large accounts, little guys like me are insignificant. Moving on.

Ordered a shirt online from their website for my friend's birthday. It was awesome how much I could personalize it on the website, and it came out exactly how I wanted it! Fast shipping too! Definitely ordering from them again!

I've had them design and print shirts for me. Their artist was great. He really came up with a fantastic design and the shirts have held up really well after multiple washes. We are very happy with all the orders we've had done here, both for gifts and for our business.
