Great place to get construction drawings printed or scanned! Fast service and the ability to email the files to be printed is great!

The lady at this location was very helpful from the first phone call through pick up. Super efficient. I had a print job needed for short turn around and they happily delivered.

I've been using Custom Blueprint for years. They have always be very accommodating in this fast-paced environment. They provide excellent good quality service and always on time. The delivery service is very handy & convenient. Speak to Mike and he will take care of your needs. They however do need an interior facelift.

Great company, such fast turn around email over what you need to the location closest to you specifying if you need it in color, how many copies ect, they get it quickly :-

Easy pickup, good parking, good signage. Quality print job and easy service, especially for accommodating emailed files, much better than big-box office centers that are not dedicated to printing. Pricing is better too.

Used them a few times. Each time the quote on the phone was different than the price being charged once you pick up the prints. Maybe I misunderstood the quote but at a minimum, they're not clear. Would be much better if they post the prices clearly on their website. They did honor the price they gave me on the phone but were not pleased about it. Bad customer experience.

Careful that you get charged correctly. We previously had a working relationship with them (my husband had been using them exclusively to print our building plans), but when he sent me to pick up the plans, Chuck decided to charge several times more when I told him my husband's account while telling me they are giving me "his discount." Was it because it was someone else picking them up or we didn't call to confirm the price again?

Who knows. My husband was surprised and when we sent them previous receipts to show the disparity, they explained there is nothing that can be done. For reference, the price they charged was $250 for one set of 69 page building plans. Now we use a new printing place where the same set was printed for $150 without any "discount"

Very good place to have printing work done. Banners, posters, copy work of any kind. Good prices, great service. Friendly staff, ask for Sandy or Steve or Susan. Plenty of free parking easy access from 580 or 880 freeways.

I am a custom home builder and I use Custom Blue exclusively. Email your plans over to them weather they are PDF's or downloadable via a secure vault. Either way they have it covered and are very quick. Walk in with hard copy paper plans needing duplicating and scanning, no problem. Great customer service and easy to work with. These guys do a great job. Very personal customer service they will walk you through whatever problem you have with patience and expertise.

I took our blueprints for our addition into custom blueprint yesterday night right before closing. The gentleman who helped me had buzzed gray hair almost bald. He was so helpful in educating me on what I needed to do next and how many prints I needed to take to the city and to sanitation. I was impressed then, but I was more impressed with was when I came back to pick them up early morning and another gentleman was checking me out at the register and let me know that they charge more per page if you use credit card, so I told him to put 40$ cash (that's all of the cash I had on me) and I'll pay the rest with card, well the man who originally helped me came over and was so kind and just said let's just call it good with the 40, and didn't make me pay the money extra. How nice! I'll recommend to anyone. What great service!

An architect recommended this place to make copies of an old site plan I had. I went over there without calling first and it was super easy to get copies and scans made. The finished the copies in under 2 hours and emailed me the scans. Paying cash was cheaper so I went that route, but I don't usually have cash so that's the only reason for the 4 stars. Customer service was great and will return if I have a need in the future.

The gentleman who works here is so nice and helpful. Every time I have gone in here, he was able to quickly turnaround my blue prints with such a pleasant attitude. Their prices are also very reasonable. I drive all the way from Oakland here just because of the exceptional service

Great service, great guys. Nothing flashy, you send them in files, they print your drawings, and you pay em'. No problems.

The best plotting experience I have had, I emailed the plans and they confirmed. They were waiting for me when i arrived on time.

I have used this company for personal invitations and now I use them for work. We print our event materials, flyers, etc. The service is wonderful, the personal are friendly, and they deliver! When the items get here they are secured, padded and I cut perfectly. I could not me more impressed. They really go above and beyond to get it right and with quality. Thank you!

Staff gets the job done. I am a regular and they always have my plans ready to be pick up. They accept plans over email, copies of hard copies. Local and convenient.
