I used Craftsman once and had a few corrections to make on the document before re-order. I was in a time crunch and trying to work from a foreign country. CP bent over backwards to help me accomplish my task and were very generous in working with me to get my order placed just as I needed it, despite my poor WiFi connection and lack of timely responses. There customer service is bar none and has made a faithful customer out of me!
