Critical: Responsiveness I used to use Cottrell for some business and some personal printing. Recently I filled out an online quote request and followed up with two voice mails. I never received a response. So disappointing. It wasn't a huge job. $2k. but I certainly expected they would at least TRY to bid the job.

I came in with a large, last minute cutting project for several cases of paper I ordered. The service I received was friendly, professional, speedy, AND came in less than I was quoted. I would highly recommend Cottrell, especially well and above any service you would receive at a place like Staples or Office Depot.

I have only been working with Cottrell Printing for about 5 months but in that time they have printed 3 separate catalogs for me, two of which were over 50 pages. Tom J has provided me with outstanding customer service at a very fair price and they have worked with me to make sure all my needs were met no matter what. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
