I have ordered my printed menus through them twice now and honestly couldn't be happier with the quality and the service. Scott was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend CopyCat to anyone needing printing services. So much better to use a local small biz over a company like Staples.

I print all my school documents and assignments here. I found out about this place a year ago and have been using this business every since. I am always given my requested items in a timely fashion and always a quality job for an excellent price. I recommend this print shop over staples and The ups store. I always prefer to deal with small businesses to help keep their business going. Thank you Copy Cat for always giving me quality service.

It was a pleasure working with Amanda at Copy Cat on a very cool project creating a facsimile of an herbarium owned by Deerfield Academy Archives for Memorial Hall Museum's new exhibit, "Astronomy, Geology, and Dino Tracks! Oh My!" Thanks for all your help with paper choices, layout and working with us on our timeline! The final product is awesome and museum visitors have enjoyed being able to turn the pages of something so similar to the real book!

I would give 0 stars if I could take your business elsewhere even staples would be a better option where to begin - My school asked me to represent them and pitch a business at an event for student entrepreneurs. I asked if they could meet my printing deadline and they assured me they could - I needed a banner and business cards. I told multiple employees that I needed it by 12pm on 4/26 and they told me it would be ready for that time.

When I called that morning they told me they weren't sure when it would be ready. Then I received a call saying it should be in by 2 at the latest. It finally showed up at 4:15 (over 4 hours late) I was supposed to be at the event (over 30 minutes away) at 4pm I got to the event so late that I missed the part where I pitched to potential investors.

In the end my losses were the following: $150 on printing $300 on a logo for a business that I didn't get to pitch 100+ hours that I spent preparing for this event. I also lost any opportunity to meet an investor which cost me thousands in potential profits. I should also mention that the business cards they made are dirt quality - the solid black background is all speckled almost like they printed it on a $50 printer.

I requested a refund and they offered a $28 credit towards a future print job from them - which is essentially offering me nothing because I would never trust them to print something again. an absolute disgrace for brick and mortar businesses

CopyCat staff are always helpful and kind, and have consistently provided me with higher quality service and products. The calendars I have from them are truly premium products, you absolutely get what you pay for with them.

Ordered tags over the phone and was happy with the quality, price and turn around time. I was not happy with the customer service upon arriving to pick up my order. The store was empty when I entered and as I approached the counter a woman on the other side of the counter slowly came towards me. I thought maybe she didn't work there because she did not acknowledge my presence other than a casual glance my way.

I soon realized she did work there but still she did not greet me. When I realized this I actually forced myself to wait for her to say something. "Hi", "Good afternoon", "How may I help you" all would have been great, but instead she just looked at me. Finally I said hello to her and then bluntly added, "I was waiting for you to say hello." Nothing from her. Tip for business owners, managers or employees: It's your job to welcome paying customers into your store. I don't know if I'd do business here again.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I came to print 30 digital images as photos for my mom as a Christmas present. The staff were very friendly and helped me email them my photos to print, since my USB drive wasn't working. They noticed that my photos were the wrong size for the 4x6 album I planned to put them in and said they would need to be resized before printing.

They quoted me a reasonable price and told me it would be at least 30 minutes before they were ready. I took a walk around downtown and returned 40 minutes later to find that my photos hadn't been printed yet. The staff told me the photos were all different sizes and had to be manually resized and cropped in Photoshop, so in addition to the price I was quoted, I would need to pay $25 for the "computer work".

I was fairly frustrated that I hadn't been told this up front, and ended up paying for just the "computer time" at a discounted $15 and taking my photos to Staples to print. It took me 25 minutes to go home, automatically resize the photos to somewhere between 4x6 and 3x5 at 300 dpi in Photoshop (yes, this is a capability Photoshop has. Why the CopyCat staff member wasn't aware of this, I do not know) and have them printed at Staples.

I appreciate Greenfield's downtown and make a point of supporting local businesses, but the frankly predatory practices of this business have certainly driven me away. I'll make the drive to Amherst or Northampton to use Collective Copies from now on.

Conveniently located in the heart of Greenfield, I am always promptly waited on when I come in. Friendly, quality service, and reasonable prices keep me coming back. They have been in town for many years and clearly know what they are doing. For my last order of posters which were highly graphical were perfect and the colors were true to how I designed them.

In reply to the last review, withing the past 2 months, the long term manager moved to Alaska and there were 2 brand new employees hired plus a new manager. According to the date of the review, it looks like your experience was not long after all the personnel changes. All seems to be running smoothly now and future customers should expect a great experience. I highly recommend CopyCat. I continue to get great service and have found their prices comparable to other companies.

After talking to my partner about wedding invitations we decided to stop in at CopyCat to look at what options they had available. When I walked into the store I asked one of the employees for what items they had and he seemed a bit confused. His co-worker pointed me towards the books they have for invitation templates and I spend some time looking through the items.

While looking at what they had for invitations I quickly realized that the prices were high and that I could probably get better options online for cheaper. Since that was the case I ask the employee if I could bring in my own stock and have them printed on it. This was an option and he politely gave me the business card to call about further questions.

In the end I didn't print anything but was able to ask them a few different questions. The staff seems nice enough but it would have been more pleasant if I had received a little bit more support around questions. Even though that was the case, I know that what I was asking of them probably isn't typical day-to-day questions so I appreciate the time they took to support me.

I asked them to print 6 pages of black and white text on standard paper, then scan them into PDF once I signed them. It took about half an hour and they charged me $20. Unless I am in dire need of their services, I will not be going back to Copycats Printing.

Went here to get something printed and scanned. Literally took 10 minutes to print 15 pages. It took 5 minutes to figure out how to use the scanner. Then they had to scan then 1-by-1. Absolutely the slowest service I've ever received. The staff couldn't seem to care less. I was charged $7 to print 15 black and white 1 sided pages. Seriously? I could probably buy a printer for that much.

Very helpful and friendly customer service and reasonable rates make Copycat Printing a great place to go for faxing or copying. They also offered quarters for us when we didn't have the correct change for the meter. They're awesome.
