I have been a customer for years because It's close. I worried about the disorganization of the store. Thinking he could mess up an order if he keeps his shop so dirty. Finally it happened. The kids had nothing on Christmas Day because he put a label on a box of mine and did cross off old label. FedEx will not reimburse him the cost of finding and rerouting the package.

He called and wants $200.00 (his cost) he admits it's not my fault but thinks I should help him out. The problem is he yells the whole time he's talking to you. I can't tell you how rude this man is. I'm tired of doing business with someone who makes you feel like he's doing you a big favor for doing business with you. And yes other reviews he overcharges!

Owner is a rude person. Over complicates shipping options and overcharges. He even charges for a receipt on a ready-to-go UPS return. He also "doesn't trust the USPS" and shares conspiracy theories while trying to oversell other services. Do yourself a favor and go to 2nd Street UPS store where the employees are extremely helpful and friendly.

Or Out of the Box on Redondo Avenue and fourth Street if you need to ship FedEx. I try to support local small business owners, but this man has offended and overcharged me for the last time.

Worst service ever. I mailed a watch to Seattle only to arrive DOA. The box had Fragile all over it, but still, it looked like it just got kicked around. I told him I needed insurance and proof of delivery but he said this was included with the type of UPS shipping he chose. Needless to say, the $5'000 watch arrived DOA and while this is not necessarily the owner's fault - what is his fault is that he told me I don't need insurance nor signature required. Turns out $100 is insured when I made it perfectly clear that the value is $5'000. So yeah, it's his fault and I urge you NOT to frequent this establishment since it's clearly run by someone that has no clue.

Although the owner is friendly and polite the business is a big unorganized mess. He can't always find your packages and will ask you to provide your tracking number which is useless to him at that point. He has placed a ticket in your box indicating that your package has already arrived. How can this carelessness with US mail be legal?

The mail center here is small but excellent service. Usually busy though.

I have had a mail Box here for about 3 years now because it's close to my location and the only reason that I keep it is because other family member still use it! The business owner has no clue what he's doing and even less people skills. When collecting mail you will occasionally find a small piece of paper within which will let you know that there's a package that is to large for the mailbox and you head to the counter to redeem this crappy little scrap of paper (not even a label or form) for your package.

This is where the fun begins! The days, weeks, maybe months packages for us and dozens of others customers are thrown on the floor behind the counter and yes I said thrown. There is no rhyme or reason to the method of sorting the mail it's just dropped in a pile where there is ample room to have some sort of system where packages could be placed for customers to collect as needed.

Most of the time the owner will tell you that he can't find your mail and ask you what size the box or package is and of course these days businesses are packaging the smallest items in larger boxes so we have no idea what size the Item might be. So you leave after standing there for ten minutes while this clueless man aimlessly kicks stuff around. I've had it with this place and as mentioned have stopped receiving Items there but I am now so annoyed after my wife has come home with two scraps of paper in the past week because he cant find her items that I am going to contact The USPS, UPS, FEDEX and any other shipper that he uses and see if there is some sort of standard that he should have for sorting our mail.

There have to be rules In place for businesses handling Federal Mail, surely! Anyway, If you're in the Long beach area head a further mile to Second Street where there are a couple of other mail Centers with knowledgeable employees and a system of stacking and storing mail so that when you need it you'll get it in seconds and not days or weeks.

Great store for all your packaging and mailing needs. Needed to mail an oversize package that AIM was unable to find a box for. This store had multiple boxes in my size. The gentleman at the counter helped me to pack it, found cheap material so as to help me stay within my budget. And he made sure my package was packed well enough to get to destination without damage. Highly recommend! And intersting store if you are into ship, tall ships.

Rude business owner. Had a very bad experience. Advertises as a Fed Ex agent and was indignant that a shipment to hold was sent to his business. And then proceeded to charge for overnight storage.
