I've really tried to like this place because it is convenient to where I am located. But every time I come in I stand at the counter for so long. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES ME! I have to ask for help after 5 minutes of being ignored. And then they act like they're being put out. Today I stood for over 10 minutes and received no help. Even if no one else is there the employees just sit at their desks and ignore everyone who comes in. It's really frustrating.
I feel like it's rule number one in any business. Customer Service. The employees here were not trained correctly or they just don't care. I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive through town. I do NOT recommend this place!

Copy Cats is, hands down, the best place in the area for digital printing projects! Being a graphic designer and having worked in a print shop for years myself, I am very picky about how things are printed and the quality of the work. I have had to order several last minute rush jobs from Copy Cats and they have always delivered. Not only are they willing to work hard to get your project done in time, but the quality of the work is unmatched, AND the price is fair! DO NOT go to Fedex Kinkos, UPS, or any other mass corporation to get your projects printed.
You will pay significantly more for an inferior product. Not to mention, Bruce, the owner/manager (?) is the kindest guy you'll ever meet. He will work hard and go the extra mile to make sure your project is perfect. I look forward to working with Copy Cats again in the future.

They are amazing I had to make inserts or my wedding invites and Luis helped me a lot I was not sure what I wanted and on what kind of paper I wanted it on but he took the time to show me and helped me get the results I wanted. I went to the west salem copy cats for the first go around and loved what they did so I went back a few days ago to the Keizer one and Luis was there and he helped me again and again he did a great job. Customer service was amazing and I will definitely be back.

I went to pick up my project the day after they said it would be ready, the guy working the counter couldn't find it and once he did, it hadn't even been started! He was talking to someone who I assume was the owner about it and nobody seemed the slightest concern that they completely ruined the event I had for the day.

For the last 10 years, whenever I've needed a print job or project done, I've leaned on Copy Cats to complete it. The service was great, the project was done correctly and the price was the best around the area. I stopped in the other day and was really disappointed in the service and attitudes of the employees, one being a long time employee, I wish I could remember his name.
A line was forming and there were multiple employees on computers. The one younger employee at the register asked for help a couple times and was brushed off. Because he was frustrated, this lead to him being a little brash to the people he was helping in line. When it became my turn I left my item to be completed and was told it wouldn't take long and I would be called.
I stalled for over an hour in West Salem without a call and then returned home. The next day I still hadn't had a call so I called them. I was met with a response of "Oh, no one ever called you?". When I went to pickup my order, the long time gentleman employee was once again, having an attitude issue and this time to me. He accused me of placing my order under another name because he couldn't find it.
I insisted I gave my "real" name and low and behold, he found it. Seriously not that big of deal because the project was done correctly, but I'm a huge customer service person and 2 days in a row of attitude from this guy was kind of ridiculousness. I'm a little embarrassed I referred people to print their Christmas Cards here, who knows what service they received.
