Angela and the team at Midtown Printing are top-notch in their craft. They helped me with printing my save the dates, wedding invites, and the insert to unfortunately inform guests of our cancelled wedding because of covid. We did ticket and record themed save the dates and invites, and they couldn't have turned out any cooler. They are professional, responsive, friendly, and helped answer all of my questions that made my vision come to life. I will use them for all future printing needs and I recommend them to anyone living in or traveling to the Nashville area!

Not only was their work and customer service fantastic, but they were kind enough donate posters for our 2020 tornado relief benefit event, so you know they care about helping the community. I have worked with the team Midtown for over 20 years. The quality is great, and everyone who works there is amazing and knowledgeable. Plus, they are very dependable. That's huge. I often call Fred and Angela when I want to brainstorm about unusual and creative printing ideas. They are up for just about anything! Love this place.

This was a WONDERFUL place to get our daughters' wedding invitations printed. Gertrude was absolutely fabulous to work with. We could customize our invitations in a manner we just weren't able to at the "internet wedding printing shops"! Ours included an Invitation, a Reception Card, an RSVP card (3 versions), a Details card, and the outside envelope and return envelope.

All done in thermography. The stock is thick and lovely -- we have received so many compliments! Pricing is very competitive and it is local so you can go and meet with Gertrude, see proofs, etc. Definitely recommend!

The letterpress business cards that Midtown Printing designed and pressed for our firm are so elegantly and beautifully produced that we have received compliments on our cards every day since they were delivered. Angela is exceptional and won't steer your business wrong.

Ough Midtown. I have done several projects with Midtown and there quality is exceptional. I have been around and around Nashville printers, and Midtown is the best. I will say the below post about rude could be true, I think the posts are about one person in particular. I was off put by this person as well but. everyone has there special personality I don't think this person means to be rude that's just how they are.so love them despite themselves.

As far as responding, they are a bit slow sometimes, but they're busy. I just follow up and they get back to me. Basically, if you're looking for a company to jump through a flaming hoop for you and run when you call like a labrador these guys aren't for you. But if you're looking for a company that meets deadlines, and gives great quality I'd use them.

Pretty disappointing! I work with them through my job. The customer service is not up to par at all. Our "rep" never got back to me about some questions I had. She also said there were no options on business cards which I know is not true. She did not put forth any effort and acted like she did not need our business. And, they charge a lot! I would do some comparison shopping before using them. There are plenty of affordable smaller companies out there that would be thankful for you business.

Words can't express how happy I am with Midtown. After purchasing my wedding invitation suite from Wedding Paper Divas, I wasn't thrilled with the outcome. I decided to give Midtown a try. I worked with Terri and she was nothing short of phenomenal. I'm an amateur when it comes to this, so she took a great deal of time to explain the process (even how color printing works).

She also pointed me in the right direction on procuring the proper paper and envelopes & she even told me the exact quantities so they could optimize the paper. When the paper didn't quite work out (PaperSource didn't have the inventory), Terri went through their leftover stock from old jobs and found the perfect paper for me at an incredible rate. Also, she connected me to an incredible local calligrapher (Val Cole), who I was able to afford after all of the $$$ Terri saved me in this entire process. She's literally one of the sweetest ladies you'll ever met, so make sure you request to work with her if you should decide to hire Midtown.

I never felt alone in this process, which was critically important given my level of cluelessness here. Above all else, they worked quickly on a VERY short timeline because sending out my invites had become urgent! I have every intention of returning to them for the rest of my wedding needs (menus, etc) because I have all the confidence in the world of them.

Midtown Printing is simply the best! I needed two orders same day - a postcard and business card. Not only was their customer service extremely responsive, but their product far exceeded my expectations. My people at the conference commented on how well they turned out! I will be back for any future printing needs.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I was recommended them by a graphic design teacher at the college I work at and went down to see them for some printing needs. The woman who helped me was a little cold and kind of rude. She told me she would get me a quote on Monday as I stopped by on a Friday. It is over a month later that I am writing this review and I still have not received a call from them with a quote.

I called to see if they had a quote for me and they were still working on it but still haven't received a quote. I really wanted to like this company but unfortunately cannot because they don't have good follow through.

I recently spent several hours trying to get letterpress & foil notecards printed at Midtown. After 6 visits to the shop & a ton of my time, the notecards came back looking absolutely awful. The alignment was off & the design ruined. They refused to reprint them. Do not at all recommend this shop. They didn't seem to want my business - I had follow up with them countless times. It took 3 weeks just to get the incorrect thing printed.

Im a professional graphic designer and created a promotional booklet for a client in Nashville. I had read great things about Midtown & so the client and I decided to send the print job to them. I have to say, working with Midtown was such a huge disappointment. The customer service was bad, but their quality and attention to detail was terrible! Specifically: The pages in the booklets fell out, some pages were bound upside down, and a number of books had a random yellow page in them! Ive never had a job printed so poorly and with such lack of care.

The worst part is -- they wouldn't even refund the client's money. In the end, we wasted a lot of money on a promotional booklet that we cannot send out to prospective clients! It would be an embarrassment to do so. We are currently in the process of finding another printer and, sadly, starting all over. Now unless your a fan of throwing your hard-earned American dollars down the drain, I strongly suggest you stay away from Midtown. Its amateur hour over there.

I came to Gert at Midtown Printing with an unusual project: custom cassette tape inserts. Midtown was able to take my existing design from another company's template and the project turned out exactly as I'd hope. Gert had a proof for me the next day and kept me up to date with the status of the project. Their turn around time was very fast and they saved me a lot of money over having the cassette duplication company do the inserts. I'll be back now that I know Midtown can handle any project.

I had my wedding invites printed there and so did one of my friends. We were both very satisfied and the price was very reasonable: 90$ for 200 full-color double-sided postcard-style invites on vintage-looking cardstock. Bev was the person who helped me and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will return, probably for my wedding programs and other printed goods.

I have used Midtown for since the late 90's. They have always gone the extra mile for me and consistently produced my projects in a timely professional manner. I cannot say enough good about Fred and his staff. Their equipment is always on the cutting edge and the people who work there have done so for many years and know their stuff. I recommend them highly for any print project.

I heard great things about this shop and was impressed by their friendly website. However, I sent an order in and when I went to pick it up, it was wrong. I spoke with the woman who was in charge of the order and she offered zero apology or even eye contact, and I was still expected to pay for the service. It was a sorry way to do business and I will NOT be back.

Update 10/12 - We received our proof today and they look great! The dude who runs the letterpress. Marty, has been doing this a long time and he was super helpful. Also, we were in a bind and they rushed the job for us, life saver! I'll update again once I receive the final product. 10/6 - These guys are awesome! Jan is currently helping me and I could not ask for better customer service. We are currently getting our wedding invitations letter pressed so I will update my review once our order is complete!
