We get our school district menu posters and occasionally bulletins from Colorprint! First and foremost the customer service is impeccable and commendable! They will help load your car if the boxes are too heavy - they always offer! So many times I get caught up in the "busy" ness of regular work and send out my menu requests late and somehow they always manage to pull through!

My go to fabulous person is Genevieve! Always friendly and full of positive energy! Great paper and print quality always 100%! Even with current supply chain challenges they go above and beyond with ensuring they do their best to meet their customers needs! Highly recommend! Thank you Colorprint and continue the great job!

Lorraine & the team at Colorprint are AMAZING! Very knowledgable, experts at their craft, high-quality, local, and they go above and beyond to keep their clients satisfied. Colorprint has been my printer for 2+ years and I would highly recommend using them for your printing needs. I especially like the quality of their work. The postcards and flyers and other printed jobs that they've done have been outstanding with that extra pop of color and professional look that I love. Lorraine has been invaluable as my main contact there (as well as other employees who have helped me on occasion with my file set up, etc). Lorraine has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help with last minute rushes, recommendations of paper, being available whenever I need to check on something, balancing costs vs. quality all the while being a pleasure to work with.

I also appreciate the owner Mark's business ethic (giving away 25% of the profits to local charities that help with shelter and food, and using soy-based inks without chemicals - love that). Try them out the next time you need a great printer with a heart!

As the Marketing Director for a fast-moving company with offices all over the Bay Area, Colorprint has been such a savior. I have been working with Mark Allen and Colorprint for about 3 years now producing anything from flyers to high-end marketing pieces to branded swag items. Mark is fast, responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we get the marketing material we need fast and with minimal effort. A couple friends recommended Colorpint when we were looking for a place to print our wedding invitations. From the beginning they were really easy to work with. We stopped by their office without an appointment one afternoon and met with Mark J. We gave him a sample of our wedding invitation and he was able to give us all the details (including estimate) for our order.

We did all of our communication through email and the response time was quick! Customer Service is excellent. Turnaround time was excellent (less than 1 week from when we put in the order, approved the print, and pick up). Quality is excellent. Lastly, we love that the company does charitable work and is environmentally responsible.

I have used Color Print on a number of occasions over the past 8 years from large mailings with mail-merge, mailing labels and "one off" printing of large PDF files. Each time, the company has delivered on time with great quality. I also appreciate that I can upload my files remotely. Mark and his staff do a great job from answering my printing or NCOA questions to mailing.

Color Print literally saved the day for me! As a small business based in San Francisco, my company took on a pro-bono project to organize a conference of more than 200 prominent business leaders from around the world. There were many moving parts to the event, not the least of which was a 24-page conference program that needed to reflect the professionalism and prominence of the attendees.

I contacted three vendors and Color Print came in as the most competitive quote (by far). After missing the first already-tight deadline for file delivery, I feared that ColorPrint would not be able to complete the project given a new deadline of just four days. I spoke with Genevieve several times (with the panic rising in my voice each time) to ask for more time and she was always extremely professional and reasonable (even when I called two days before delivery to correct a typo!).

The final programs were created on budget (incredibly reasonable) and on time. I could not be more grateful for their production and people skills! I highly recommend the Color Print team!

Horrible people - asked for quote, didn't respond, called them, they argued, didn't listen to my request and don't even have basic card stock available. oh - and they were 70% more expensive. don't bother with these guys. total waste of time

Our graphic designer recommended Colorprint. I'm a marketing professional of a midsize local nonprofit, and Colorprint is my go-to place for quality, service and price. I priced a schlew of competitors against Colorprint, and they came out with the best prices. Combine that with fantastic customer service, quick turnaround, and one-stop shopping for printing and mailing (with discounts), and I'm a happy customer. The icing on the cake is that Mark is great guy to work with. Easy. Highly recommended! P.S. Their online system for ordering business cards is a nice bonus.

If I could give this place no stars I would, based on customer service. We have used Color Print prior to our attempt with them this time, and both experiences have been frustrating. The first time we used them we had them do some mailings for us, just sealing, stamping, and sending. When we arrived with our pre-stuffed envelopes the lady at the front literally got angry at us for not closing the flap on the envelopes (which we had left open thinking it would help them).

She was so rude about it we had to say something to her which didn't help the matter. We just assumed that she was having a bad day. Because they had gotten the job done before, we decided to use them again regardless of the poor manner the lady at the front had with us. This time with the initial phone calls for price quotes etc, the person on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed that we were asking for their services.

Finally when we were ready to bring our letters to them, they almost made it impossible to work with them: not taking credit cards, saying they don't have a machine that will do a piece count so we had to individually count thousands of envelopes by hand but that we had to pre-pay for postage (and how can we pre-pay when we don't know how many pieces there are?) When our receptionist called to try to pay them, the lady literally snapped at her (AGAIN!) In conclusion, we made a last minute decision not to use their services.

Especially in this economy there are plenty of other businesses out there willing to work with us and our simple requests. As our business is big on customer service, we value how we treat others and how others treat us. We would like not to be affiliated with a company who does not follow this same common kindness and professional standard.
