I have experienced excellent customer service and pricing is usually in the ballpark with others. Pricing is very important for us due to the fact that we are allotted a certain amount per year. The signage we create and order is for our partners so we need to get the most bang for our buck to continue providing this service to our partners.

Updating to 1 star because of the extremely rude response I got from this company. I would like to add that I know nothing about paper stock and that I trusted this company to give me good guidance. They never offered to have me come in and look at samples. I did not even know that was an option. I got a phone call from someone at this company post-sale who just argued with me about how thick the paper should be. All around rude on the phone and rude on the internet. AJ Printing employs some very rude and unprofessional people and it reflects on their company as a whole.

The staff are so friendly and trying to work out timing and help form the best printing result. It was not a happy event and they were kind and comforting as we got through the process. Doug

I chose AJ Printing because it was local and had great reviews.and I was not disappointed. Their customer service is incredibly responsive and the prices are very reasonable. I had 200 double-sided, full color 4x6 cards printed, costing about $83, and I was very happy with the results. Plus, they delivered 3 days earlier than expected. These guys are great! Their prices are really competitive, but more importantly, they provide excellent service. They always confirm with me when they've received my order via email, and they always let me know when my order has been picked up by the courier for the newspaper that runs my insert. AJ has been printing my newspaper inserts for years, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

PRICE, QUALITY, SPEED.once you had to choose any two. Now you can have all three! The guys at AJ Printing are very focused on excellent service. Anyone can print documents but these guys go the extra mile to make sure everything is done to perfection. Additionally, they use the most modern technology to get jobs done.
