Our love for the printed word motivates us daily. Whether memoir, cookbook, literature or poetry, we think everyone has a story worth preserving in ink. All ideas are novel. We see a real need to preserve the time-honored techniques and traditions of publishing and believe client-driven customization allows the beauty of our books to stand out amid crowded retail or library bookshelves.
Taking your words to heart, Chapel Hill Press specializes in high-quality self-publishing projects suited to your individual tastes. From children's books to personal memoirs, biographies to novels, and coffee-table books to scholarly tomes, we are dedicated to transforming every manuscript into the best book that it can possibly become - striking emotional chords with your readers with every page turned. Not only do we provide an elegant finished product, but also we educate and assist writers throughout the self-publishing process.
If you are interested in publishing with us, please send your contact information along with your vision for your book (hard cover or paperback, images or illustrations to be included?, will it have an index?, etc.) and attach a copy of your manuscript file to info@chapelhillpress.com. We will confirm receipt, request clarification if anything is unclear, and develop a publishing proposal for your consideration.
What was Hilton Head like in the early days? Was it Paradise. Camelot. Utopia.or the Days of Wine and Roses? It was all of those things. It was a quiet, simpler time with mostly dirt roads, surrounded by incredible natural beauty. Being a part of the growing Island was a chance. Those of us fortunate enough to have lived long lives could write volumes of memories.
