If you have a Frisco STR license, I recommend coming here to have it printed and laminated. The staff are always friendly even while they're doing 20 things at once. Don't forget to tip, they deserve it!

I really appreciate what Copy Copy in Avon does. They offer a wide range of copy services and are reasonably priced. Carlos has always helped me with my orders. There are a lot of print shops out there today but none of them have the professionalism and the quality of service that Copy Copy has. Owner's Dave and Rachel are top notch and we'll take care of all customers that come through their doors. If you have any type of printing needs please go see them. I recommend them 100%

Love supporting local businesses, but unfortunately I came in to get my passport photo taken and now I have received a response that the photo I submitted cannot be used because the photo "appears either underexposed or overexposed and your facial features cannot be clearly identified." UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and issued a refund for the photo. I appreciate them working to try and make the situation right.

Ok, so I don't go to copy places too often, but today I did. I must say that today I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the young lady behind the counter. the copies were fine and good quality but what I really noticed was her shining example of politeness, patience, and overall sunny disposition, she was a breath of fresh air in our county where many are negative and it even affects me and my attitude when I'm driving here, but when I left copy copy I was feeling happier than usual because of her attitude.

I probably sound corny and I'm 47 years old but I haven't met a young person like that in a while and it was nice, I hope they take care of her because someone like that is a gem to have as an employee, my hats off to you young lady!

In Frisco from San Diego, an occasion came up where I needed the services of a Notary. I called ahead. They confirmed that within the hour, I could in and bring a thumb drive to have the document printed and then notarized for me. Even in Covid 19 circumstances, they were very cordial and efficient. (masking and social distancing was being observed as it should have been).

They even called to attention that the documents that were being notarized had a special request to the Notary to obtain a photo copy of my driver license to be included with my notarized documents. Thank you for that! One caveat to the Notary. Your services, it seems to me, are priced too much below market price. Your service is worth more than what you charged me. 105 dollars for 250 business cards without gloss. Just print no design. It was done in a timely matter but next time I will use an online service and have it delivered for half the cost.

Agree with Heidi B. Avon needs another copy service to compete with these guys. Brought 4 items in to send by Fedex - the result (after 40 minutes of tedious waiting) - 3 of them sent with no issue, the 4th vanished with CopyCopy taking no responsibility. Save yourself the agony and go elsewhere for your shipping needs. My rating is zero stars

Very accommodating and helpful staff! We were hiking the CT and needed to update our emergency device. This is the only place in town where they let us download the software we needed to update the device.

I know I can always go in here with the smallest or largest project and they'll get it done for me quickly. Everyone at Copy Copy has always answered my questions and helped me decide on my project details - they're patient and wonderful to work with!

They are fast and very helpful. I produce events and we use them for all our big printing needs.

We went in the other day to print something and the people were rude and unhelpful. When we had trouble printing something they were no help just stood there and rolled there eyes. I would recommend driving a few extra minutes to go the office max instead!

Do everything you can to avoid this place! Beyond rude staff. Very condescending. Someone please open another competitor so they step up the customer service game. Sarah is either too busy or just self righteous and rude! I hate coming here.

Went to the location in Avon today to have business cards created. The woman working was curt when I asked questions about card stock. I requested thick matte business cards. I received very cheap, thin business cards in return. In fact, it is the thinnest business card I have ever held. I will be throwing them away and will print the cards elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend, cheap and poor customer service.

Copy Copy has saved my bacon many times. I know I can depend on them for any print services. Today I was in picking up about 270 pages of documents for a life skills program I am working. It was really efficient I emailed all my documents and within thirty minutes it was printed. It included a 175 page PowerPoint, 40 page packet, and a 30 page homework packet. Angela helped me and she was so detailed oriented and took a ton of time helping me organize, showing me how to copy the best way, and she even created title pages for the three packets.

She corrected all my mistakes when I asked her to even after she had printed it. She did a wonderful job assembling and binding everything. Without her help this would have taken me hours. Thank you Angela!

Business cards are very easy to get made in this pace. Placed an order and was it was going to be a week or so, well they got them done a lot faster than they had said which was great. I think the quality was very good and over I was very pleased with the service. The only thing I think that could be better is the price, I check online and it would of been a lot cheaper to go that rout but it would of taken a lot longer and what if I was not happy. Well I think the price is high bu the getting it done right and fast are worth a lot nowadays.

Well I can say that this copy store is ok but no the greatest. The prices are sky high but they can get the job done in a hurry, which is their best thing they can do for you. Other than that the place is over priced the customer service is just ok and the quiality of the work is just ok. Can't say this place is the best for anything regarding printing.

Rude, rude, rude! I stopped by to FedEx a few gifts and was instantly greeted with hostility upon walking in the door. The two women working there were sitting towards the back chatting when one begrudgingly looked up. I asked if she had any boxes for me to ship some stuff and without saying a word, walked right by me to the room where they keep the boxes.

She pulled out a letter size box saying those were the only sizes she had. Seeing that this wouldn't work at all, I asked where another FedEx location was, and she replied 'Eagle'. I realized that I wasn't going to get anywhere with this woman's help, so I said thank you, and turned to walk out. Instead of a 'you're welcome', 'no problem', or even a polite head nod, she grunted under her breath and gave me a 'screw you' look. If any manager actually reads this, please tell your employees that kindness goes a long way.

I had to stop here to get a color photo resized, and printed in black and white for a quick mailing. The woman did the computer work for me on their machine and the copy was only 1.38 including her five minutes. I think that is a bargain, my photo shop in Denver would have charged $3 and made me wait an hour. Plus, I left my wallet here and the wallet was locked up in their register when I got back about 35 mins later and they'd called me. Can't beat that. Now I am going to have to stop here forever.
