The company adopted Minerva Books, LLC as an imprint in the fall of 2004. Minerva operates as the commercial book publishing company for the University of Louisville and its faculty.

Butler Books produces books for a wide variety of clients: museums, corporations, trade associations, universities, civic and charitable organizations, churches, private entrepreneurs, even other publishers. In most cases we are hired to provide complete publishing services and deliver finished books, but each service on our publishing menu is also available individually.
