I drew a logo and asked them to remake it and they did a great job! I was always able to get in contact with someone and get an answer. I requested it be done by a certain date and they made sure it was done before then. Thank you guys so much!

Hello Google Family. I had previously reviewed this business. I now have an update. I was called by Walt, the gentleman who does the embroidery on Friday, April the 22nd to pick up my items and pay the remaining balance. I was so excited when I arrived, because two wonderful things had happened to me that day. Someone at Giant in Broomall, bought me a smoothie and I received a free car wash from Gallen Express in Broomall.

I was definitely pumped up! When I arrived at Brothers to pick up my items, I was given my items to review. Everything was done expertly and perfectly. I was very happy! When I quoted my balance, which was $58.00, I was told it was $108.00. I was not happy! I was shown the invoice and someone had made a mistake. I was not thrilled because I did not find out the new total until I arrived on Friday, the 22nd, to pick up my items.

I had asked what the balance was and it was not told to me, even though I had asked the person who answered the phone. I realize everyone makes mistakes, including myself, I was not thrilled about the new total, which was $50.00 more. And I was not told this, until I went to pick up my items. I did not have enough to pick up my items, since I thought it was $58.00 and not $108.00. And that is why I am giving this updated review a 2 stars. Not at all happy with Brothers at this point!

I Needed lettering done for a shirt within a reasonable amount of time. I explained the situation and the sense of urgency. Brothers started they understood and was going to call me when the task was completed. I was approaching my deadline and didn't hear from the company. I decided to call just to find out that they couldn't do the job.

I would have respected that if it was mentioned immediately or at least within a day. They wasted my time and I missed my deadline. Not please with the lack of consideration concerning customers.

I absolutely love this place I own Munlyns Munchkins Daycare, they design and print all of our shirts, hoodies, hats you name it they do it. Been going to them for years. The staff make you feel like more than a customer they make you feel like family i can honestly say we love them. Thanks For all you do

Extremely disappointed in my last 2 orders from Brothers. I think the owner is smoking entirely too much of the wacky weed no other explaination for how badly my order is screwed up. I've ordered for years and years the last order not only was a literal comedy of errors resulting in wrong sizes for the 2nd time to make it worse the owner is "hiding from me" and not returning calls or emails thus the honest review. Stay away from Brothers Screen Print.

This is a great company. I just got my Polo shirt and it looks sharp! So professional. I think their gear will make you stand out. The sizes for the Women's Polo are spot on. I am 5'7, 145 lbs and a small fits perfect. Not too loose, not to fitted. just right. A great company to do business with. I highly recommend.

Brothers Screen Grafx is a great company! Our office has worked with them over the past 10 years on various projects from huge banners to screen printed T-shirts, to employee monogramed polo shirts and more. Each and every time Brothers have went above and beyond. There is a constant open line of communication and they work very hard to make sure we are satisfied with everything we order.

There have been a few times where we needed to make last minute changes-very late in the game and they were happy to accommodate us. We feel blessed to have this print shop in our community and highly suggest them to everyone.

This group is the best! We have them print lawn signs for charity events and they are happy to help with the design and execution. Deliver on time at a fair price.

I created T-shirts for senior night and the end product was amazing! I sent what seemed like 100 emails trying to get the design just right and everyone was beyond patient and understanding. The girls LOVED their shirts and I'll be back!

Brothers is fantastic.used them for Paxon Hollow Band and Orchestra Spiritwear. They offer a great selection of products and used our designs to make varied apparel for us. Highly recommend for quality, service, and price.

I was not satisfied with the quality of service I have been to other businesses like shirts and ink in Eagleville and the service was nothing like this my vinyl was detaching from my cotton clothing and it was never even worn or washed will never use this company again.
