I went today for the first time since I moved back to this area. I had to fax a few items and to be honest it was a pleasant experience. The people working were friendly and I had time to walk around and check things out. Looking around I was super happy about their prices. I only did the faxing today but will be back for more stuff. Plus already recommended a friend I know to be super picky about things.

Super print shop. Talk to Delores, she knows everything. They can print anything, just give them a call and they will hook you up. There are also lots of office supplies and furniture for sale. Some used fixtures for sale as well. Prices are great. Did I mention they are extremely friendly, they are!

I have always had great experiences with Benton-Thomas, and today was no exception! I tried making this purchase online only to find that the big box competition was going to charge me as much for shipping as the product cost. Benton-Thomas always comes first to mind when I have an office supply need in the South Boston area. They print programs, invitations, professional nametags, and so much more. I think they even sell office chairs and filing cabinets. The possibilities are endless at this one stop office supply shop!

Always had a good experience when supplies were delivered to the office of my previous employer. When I went to the office to pick up wedding fans, I didn't realize they only had one register of which was in use by an older woman who was chatting with another customer who had stepped out of line. After waiting for over 5 minutes, I told her that I was in a bit of a hurry since I was on lunch break, but she never acknowledged me, when she finished chatting, she walked away as if I wasn't standing there and I was finally checked out by someone else who was nice. I won't be giving Benton-Thomas any business in future.

Excellent experience. Not only was delivery and set -up of my office furniture free, but they spotted some minor damage on a piece, and quickly had it replaced with a new undamaged one. It has become increasingly difficult to find HP 74 and 75 (black and color) cartridges for our older printer. The customer-oriented staff at Hedderly-Benton used expertise in searching the market and did locate a supplier who still carries the product. I highly recommend the knowledge and personal representation that the Hedderly-Benton staff provides their customers.

I moved into a new office a year ago. I am a one man (woman) operation and stay very busy. My time is limited. I decided that I needed more work space in my office, a bigger desk. Mickey came to my office, measured my space, and helped me pick out the best options. Within a week, he delivered my desk and set it up for me. Another great advantage to Benton Thomas is if they do not have supplies in the store, it is in the NEXT DAY and they will deliver it to your place of business.
