I ordered the custom bottle-opener crab mallets for a friend and they are perfect! The website was user-friendly, the design looks exactly as pictured, and they are great quality. What an outstanding company! We could not be any happier with our order. We purchased oyster knives, crab knives & crab mallets. We sent a picture of our logo & they designed some oyster knives for us that look better than I expected. The quality of the oyster knives is far superior to the ones we were carrying and now we have our logo on them! Great advertising.
Their turnaround time is fast and they're very responsive to questions. They couldn't be any easier to work with. My only regret is after 15 years in business, I wish we had found them sooner! Do not hesitate to do business with this great company!

My fiancee and I are getting married on Chesapeake Bay this month and are using crabs throughout our design scheme. When I saw the custom crab mallets I immediately knew it would be the perfect favor! Working with Bay Imprint was awesome and we love our mallets! We ran into a snafu that was totally my fault but they stepped in and handled it perfectly and provided excellent customer service throughout the experience. I highly recommend them!
