I was a loyal customer for 25 years, with dozens of briefs printed, filed, and served on time, and with classy service from their paralegal. That ended this week when they declined service on the day of our filing deadline because they lost two invoices (totaling $700?), sent us invoices from two other firms. Never bothered to call me to sort things out. Even after we paid off balance due, they still refused service. Don't trust them.
