Did not follow simple instructions. Made 2 big mistakes on 60+ shirts. When told about it, they argued I said something else, then i resent the email and highlighted what I said, and all I got back was "sorry". One word reply via email. They do not care. They just want your money. Do NOT recommend this place.

I want to thank Karen and the Kenmare Apparel Printing team for help me out at the last minute with these awesome shirts for Bronx Day 2021. I called on a Friday morning with my design and by 2:00 pm I was picking up shirts i designed and needed for Saturday mornings event. And I love the shirts and so did everyone at the event. Worst experience! Over priced, they lie to you throughout the whole process, they go back on their word after they promise you something, and not to mention the owners are RUDE as can be! UPDATE: in response to the owner's reply, the order is STILL not correct since we are still missing merchandise that the company lost. I signed only because they were holding our products hostage after they were PAID IN FULL for! do not use them go somewhere else!
