First, the quality is impeccable. I ordered 2500 envelopes, and they all had our logos exactly the same. There were no smudges, or running ink anywhere. Betty is absolutely amazing. I love it when people are nice to just be nice. She is very professional and honest. I even had a rush and they were able to accommodate my last minute order. I will definitely do business with them again.

Top Notch service at AmeriPress! This is the 4th time I've ordered from Ameripress and worked with TJ and I can't express my appreciation enough for the level of professionalism, service, and quality they provide for a damn good price! Our order typically involves 20-30 different files in various quantities and formats. Some are workbooks, some are foamcore signs, some are brochures, business cards or worksheets.

It doesn't matter what it is they do a great job on all and easily manage all the details. It wasn't unusual for TJ to think a step ahead and anticipate any issues he thought might come up - that alone is priceless! My fiance reached out to AmeriPress to confirm that we can use a specific kind of paper for invitations we were inquiring to have printed. We were told that the paper could be used over the phone. Upon follow-up, to drop of the paper, I was told that they would have to confirm that they could print on our specific paper. I drove to the Marietta location from my residence 30 minutes away to confirm that our paperwork for the printer.

This was only after waiting 24 hours for a callback in which case I ended up calling AmeriPress back. It was confirmed that the paper we were working with was suitable. I followed up with an email with the PDFs. I sent this to two email addresses provided when I was inside the store. I also requested pricing for multiple other products I saw while in the store.

It has been five days and there has been no response. I successfully had my product printed at a shop closer to my home within four hours. They also offered a sample print! I was highly disappointed in my experience with Ameriprise but cannot speak on the product itself because my order was never for fulfilled.

If you need friendly, hometown style printing service with big city quality, this is your place. Ask for Sandy and you'll get super service with a smile. Also for what it's worth, the prices are reasonable and very competitive.

I called AmeriPress with a fairly small print job that I needed a quick turnaround on. Their pricing was very fair, and their expertise in recommending paper weight and finish for my specific need was outstanding. This place has been a savior to my boyfriend who is in the DC program at Life University (and taking 25+ credit hours)! Ameripress buys notes from other life students (depending on the quality of your notes you get paid!) and then the notes are sold to other students needing just that extra bit more information to make it through their classes. They have Midterm and final exam notes, as well as notes from 1st quarter all the way up to 13th quarter. The staff is friendly and helpful in helping you find what you need. So if you are a LU student or know someone that is this is definitely the place to send them!
