I came to All ways Graphics based on the great reviews and recommendations. I needed to get a few things printed for my graphic design portfolio presentation. Needless to say the worker was rude, didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing, and the print quality sucked. There was splattered ink as well as streak marks on my work. I needed something printed double sided and he could not figure it out.

After paying for a bad print job he then proceeded to tell me that next time I come in I could use the self print service and get a cheaper price. I didn't want to use the self print service because I needed different pieces printed certain ways and on certain paper. Quite frankly thats why I am coming to a print shop! I was looking for guidance and professionalism all of which I did not get. I will not be going back to All ways Graphics.

Called about details for 25th anniversary invitations. The man answering the phone sounded like the rudest person you'll ever meet in your life. No thanks.

This was my first time shopping here as I had seen their ad on television about refilled ink. I came in and had actually forgotten my old cartridge so I wasn't sure what kind of ink I needed and thought I was going to have to drive all the way back home (I live in Hampstead) A gentleman named Rob helped me and was able to figure out what cartridge I needed based off my printer model number.

He was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, quick, and made my first experience at All Ways Graphics a great one. I will certainly be back for all my Ink needs and highly recommend anyone ask for Rob when they come in if you are looking for A+ Customer Service.

I have done business with them in the past and had a decent experience with a logo design so I decided to go back to them to have a few blueprints printed. I prefer to shop locally. The woman sitting in the lobby barely acknowledged me. I came in looking for service and guidance, both of which I did not get. I tried e-mailing the PDF files to their address from two different addresses and it would not go through to their system.

I e-mailed it to another personal e-mail of mine to make sure the problem wasn't on my end and it worked fine. I was looking for guidance on the the next step and she just looked at me and said "I don't know how to help you". Well, I guess I can upload on to a flash drive and take it somewhere that is helpful and appreciates the business.

Have you ever just wanted one thing to go right this week? That's how I feel about all ways graphics when I need something. If they don't have the toner I need they will get it but they usually have it. Even Pitney Bowes postage meter ink. Hard to find and very expensive from Pitney Bowes. Thank you all ways graphics!

They were fantastic extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very patient! It took me forever to get the files sent to them from my phone since I did not know I was doing. Not one time did they sigh, roll their eyes have a tone or attitude. Rob was the employee that helped me and he went above and beyond. I will definitely be back and use their services again! In the midst of losing a loved one. the last thing on your mind is printing the order of worship and other items needed for the service. I was so thankful for Rachel and her teams compassion, professionalism, speed of service, quality of work and their genuine care for me and my family. They noticed and corrected the smallest of errors in the PDF I gave them and worked with several photographs to provide the best quality blown up picture and all within a 24 hour turnaround. I am sure that any print shop can provide these services but if you want to work with a printer that cares about you, I would highly recommend All Ways.

I went to buy ink fighting 5pm traffic got there at 5:55 and the girl said she had already "shut down" for the night, but their posted hours are until 6:00pm. Poor customer service.

I finally got sick and tired of paying to outrageous prices that the big boxes charge for ink refills. I decided to try these guys last month. The pricing is significantly better and they provide free delivery as well. What a great service. Stephanie, who helped me, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Of course there are going to be delays and times when they are out of stock on an item, but all my dealings with them to this point have been great. I will continue to use this service and recommend them to my friends and fellow business associates! Thanks again guys!

We went in to get ink, but they were out of stock. No problem. They said it would be there in two days and that they'd call us and set it aside. 5 days later I called to see if our order had come in and they just hadn't called, but they said that the "hurricane" had delayed the shipment, again, that's ok. Another week later, still no call.

So we went back to the store. They said it STILL hadn't come in and that it'd be at lease another week. All we wanted was one simple black, standard ink cartridge. So we went online and got it for $13.00 cheaper than what they were going to charge us. Very disappointed.
