Brian and the Team at A.I.R Conway produced my clients t-shirts with pure perfection. Brian did an excellent job of advising me on the best ways to say costs on the production of the shirts that i was able to pass the saving over to my client. By the way my client loved that they were able to receive the product at a discount. Thanks A.I.R Conway!

Absolutely Horrible Experience. Beware. I would advise anyone or any businesses looking to have their apparel customized here to look elsewhere. First of all let me just say that the artist Tim is a very nice man and very much seems that he is fully invested into giving you a product you will be satisfied with. The problem is with the Owner Brian Conway.

I searched for a place that could specifically do DTG printing on shirts and Air Conway was the first to pop up, they had no reviews at all on google but were simi close to where I live so I decided to give it a try. Worst decision ever. I gave clear instructions on what it was I was looking for and even put my custom design on a sample shirt of how I wanted it positioned and provided them with that.

So I get 14 shirts done and to my annoyance they weren't done correctly, the design was significantly lower than what I asked for and showed them from the example image I provided them with. Anyway I take the shirts back along with the image of the example of what I wanted and showed Tim the head Art guy there AND EVEN HE admitted there was a clear difference between the example and what they provided me with.

Unfortunately he lets me know its not his call on if they can redo my order or reimburse me the money I paid for their service, that has to go through the owner Brian, which I understood and then met with. Now first of all being involved in the business of trade myself (Videography/cinematography) I understand business etiquette and I know first hand how important professionalism is when dealing with a customer who is not satisfied with their product.

That being said I can honestly say I have never experienced such an unpleasant and unprofessional interaction with a business owner in my life! Brian was not only incredibly rude to me, the customer, but was uncomfortably condescending. Saying things such as This is not that big of a deal, I needed to move on and let this be a lesson learned and that because of starving children all over the world, what made me think I deserved to have money given to me out of his pocket. (YES THIS WAS THE OWNER TALKING TO ME!) Anyway after talking to Brian I contacted 6 other Apparel design businesses in the area to find out if it was just me or if I did get robbed. ALL 6 Businesses gave me the Exact Same Reaction! Based off the sample I provided them with as a reference for what I wanted compared to what they gave me was clearly a mistake on Air Conway's end that they were responsible for, that I should have been reimbursed with brand new product or at least half of my total investment, and therefor the customer service I received from Brian the owner was absolutely absurd and shameful!

One of the other business owners even went as far as saying that the owner blatantly took advantage of me. I basically wasted just under $400 with these people and didn't even once get anything close to an apology. Seriously steer clear of this place, to describe the owner as con artist and thief would be too polite.
